Much of Timmy's inspiration comes from the Florida landscape—its vast skies, humid air, endless beaches, quiet lakes, and untamed swamps. A Lake Mary resident, he is especially drawn to small-town streets and weathered churches, places where time seems to slow and the noise of everyday life fades. In those fleeting moments, connection happens.

His hope is that his paintings invite viewers to pause, reflect, and find a sense of calm. Stop. Look. Breathe. Be still.

Working primarily in oil on canvas, Timmy embraces the traditions of plein air and alla prima painting—capturing what he sees and feels in the moment, before it disappears

Back in his outdoor studio at home, he also develops larger works from his plein air studies, using layered brushwork and traditional drying techniques to build depth, richness, and atmosphere.
